As Founder and CEO of Stellar Integrated Eye Care and co-founder of ATOM Ventures, I sit at the intersection of clinical care, digital health, and capital.

I wrote Chasing Success in High Heels because the playbook for high-achieving women was either too soft or too cold. Neither was true to the life I live or the women I mentor. So I wrote what I would have wanted at 30 — practical scripts, weekly systems, and honest conversations about ambition that doesn't cost you yourself.
 

What I'm building now is a network and a curriculum for women who want more than a career. The goal isn't more grit. It's better infrastructure: peers, frameworks, and habits that let you lead long, build wealth, and stay whole.
